Selvaggia B. Collezioni was born from a lifelong love of fashion and a shared dream to create something unique, where beauty and comfort coexist effortlessly. As a child growing up in the vibrant city of Rome, Italy, fashion wasn’t just an interest, it was a way of life. While other children played with toys, I found my creativity in fabric and style. I’d transform whatever I could find into makeshift outfits, often imagining myself in ancient Roman attire made from my mom's bed sheets. Yes, she wasn’t happy to come home after work and find her bedding cut into pieces!

My bedroom floor was a patchwork of Vogue magazine cutouts. I would cut out every outfit, and my floor was covered with papers everywhere.

When I moved to the United States in my 20s, I dove headfirst into the fashion industry. My journey began at Giorgio Armani, a monumental opportunity that gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how the fashion world really worked. From there, I worked for years developing products with factories and collections for performance brands and big-box retailers, often traveling the world to bring others' creative visions to life. While it was an exciting career, something was always missing.

Our Journey: From Vision to Reality

That’s when my husband and I decided to take a leap and start something of our own. We wanted to create our brand that reflected our tastes, our style, and our shared passion for fashion. Selvaggia B. Collezioni was born from that vision, a collection for women who seek both beauty and comfort in their clothing. We believe that elegance should never come at the expense of feeling good in what you wear. Every woman should feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable at the same time.

A Creative Hub Filled with Passion

Creating this brand has been a journey of love and collaboration. My husband and I now spend our days working side by side, combining our talents in a space that feels like home. His music room has transformed into our creative hub, where I invaded his space with clothes, and I get to work listening to him singing—what a perk! It’s a perfect blend of our passions, and the energy it brings to our creative process is something we cherish every day.
